Every-One is pleased to be supportingorganisations in Lincolnshire to become members of Employers for Carers
Employers for Carers is managed and supported by the specialist knowledge of Carers UK. Employers for Carers (EfC) hasevolved from a pioneering group of employers committed to working carers. It'skey purpose is to ensure that employers have the support to retain and manageemployees with caring responsibilities.
Lincolnshire County Council is an umbrella Employers for Carers organisation and Every-One is supporting in the sign up of organisations, specifically SME's, to benefit from involvement in the scheme.
Employers for Carers provides practical ‘hands on’ advice and support for employers and the benefits of membership include:
- Dedicated website including resources for all managers and employees
- Practical guides and advice for managers and carers including case studies, model policies, FAQs and tools and tips
