Every-One is pleased to be supporting organisations in Lincolnshire to become members of Employers for Carers

Employers for Carers is managed and supported by the specialist knowledge of Carers UK. Employers for Carers (EfC) has evolved from a pioneering group of employers committed to working carers. It's key purpose is to ensure that employers have the support to retain and manage employees with caring responsibilities.

Lincolnshire County Council is an umbrella Employers for Carers organisation and Every-One is supporting in the sign up of organisations, especially SME's to benefit from involvement in the scheme.

Employers for Carers provides practical ‘hands on’ advice and support for employers and the benefits of membership include:

  • Dedicated website including resources for all managers and employees
  • Practical guides and advice for managers and carers including case studies, model policies, FAQs and tools and tips
  • Annual expert information or diagnostic sessions in the workplace (as required) including our popular ‘lunch and learn’ events
  • Opportunity to share and learn from other employers including at our regular member networking events

If you are an SME (less than 250 employees) based in Lincolnshire you invited to become a member of Employers for Carers for FREE. This entitles you to access a wide range of resources, tools and e-learning for your organisation and your employees to use. You can find out more about Employers For Carers on their website at www.employersforcarers.org.uk

If you are a larger organisation, you can join Employers For Carers direct here.

The resources available through Employers For Carers would help any organisation wishing to undertake the Lincolnshire Carers Quality Award - more details on how you can sign up for FREE to the Award scheme here.
