Would you like to better understand menopause and how it can impact your partners, friends, family members—and even your colleagues?
Join our Men & Menopause online sessions, designed to raise awareness about menopause, its symptoms, and the ways it can affect those going through it. We’ll also explore how you can offer support and access helpful resources—for both yourself and others.
The sessions are approximately an hour and are delivered via Microsoft Teams.

Free Midday Mindfulness
These sessions are open to EVERYONE!
There are no restrictions—anyone can take part. Whether you’re at work or at home, this is a chance to take just one hour out of your day to focus on you and support your mental wellbeing.
Mindfulness is a powerful tool to help manage stress and anxiety, support mental and physical health, and even aid in managing addictions or lowering blood pressure.
We’re offering free, 1-hour online mindfulness sessions via Zoom, in partnership with Stuart Couling. These lunchtime sessions begin at 12pm
