Who Are We

Every-One is a Lincolnshire based charity that works inclusively with people to ensure that every one individual is at the centre of their own wellbeing. We do that by developing and delivering a range of person-centred services and projects that work towards ‘making wellbeing personal’.

We Know What Works

“For me, working at Every-One started as just a job, but quickly grew into a personal mission due to family experiences.

I know that services don’t always get it right, but I firmly believe in the benefits of working together with people to make things better for all.

At Every-One we pride ourselves in working with commissioners to develop bespoke support and services that meet local needs, whilst putting people at the heart of all we do. Our mission is ‘making wellbeing personal’ and together, with you, we want to work positively with people, because people are amazing!”

Charity Values

What does Every-One do?

Every-One prioritises the development and delivery of person-centred care, which we believe should be the standard across all areas of care no matter the circumstances

We strive to achieve this through contributing, facilitating and leading on a range of services including co-production, projects, research and training – in partnership with people, service providers and commissioners

It is important that we work with all involved in delivering services and those receiving them

Why?

We all have our own personal experiences of health, care and wellbeing needs and it is important to us that people, including those close to us, all have the opportunity to live their best lives. We do what we do because we care about people.

John worked in banking for 26 years in various roles and at various branches in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. He then worked at Lincolnshire County Council for 11 years in the Organisational Development Team. This was a corporate role involving organisational change, learning and development, customer experience management, business planning and change management. John took early retirement in 2014, and then spent a year doing some consultancy work, before joining the Every-One Board in October 2016.

Through his work at Lincolnshire County Council, John experienced the amazing contribution made by the many unpaid Carers in the county, and helping to care for parents living into their 90s helped him to empathise with those who look after relatives.

It was Every-One’s mission of being committed to providing support to carers and the people they care for that inspired John to get involved.
