Every-One is a Lincolnshire based charity that aims to work inclusively with people to ensure that every one carer and people that are cared for are at the centre of their own wellbeing. We do that by developing and delivering a range of person-centred services and projects that works towards ‘making wellbeing personal’.

Carers Quality Award

This Award ensures that the profile of unpaid carers in Lincolnshire is raised and the invaluable and essential contribution they make is recognised

Short Break Caravans

Holidays for Lincolnshire families with children / adult children who have a physical disability, sensory impairment, autism, or similar condition


We offer a range of care and support planning services to support organisations to build and enhance their person-centred ways of working


We offer a range of training, development & awareness programmes to support carers, the people they care for and practitioners

Military Network

A networking group for agencies and practitioners who support military veterans and their families in Lincolnshire.

An initiative managed and supported by Carers UK, supporting employers to enable them to retain and manage employees with caring responsibilities

As part of #CarersWeek2021, Every-One are hosting two Lunch and Learn virtual workshops that focus on developing Carer awareness in the workplace. The two sessions are connected to the Carers Week theme of: Make Caring Visible and Valued, with a session focusing on General Carer Awareness followed by a session focusing on Supporting Carers in the Workplace later in the week. The Carer Awareness session will help organisations explore and learn about ways that they can pro-actively engage with, and increase identification, referral, and support of unpaid Carers. Taking place Monday 7th June, 12pm – 1pm.The Supporting Carers in the Workplace workshop will focus on supporting organisations to develop their support to unpaid Carers in the workplace, helping them to understand the importance of developing and implementing ‘Carer friendly’ policies and practice. Taking place Thursday the 10th of June, 12pm – 1pm. Both sessions are free to attend, and will take place on Microsoft Teams.
