Do you live in Lincolnshire and have been affected by Long Covid? We’d like to hear your views with regard to support you may have received or any areas of support you felt were missing. We (voluntary and health organisations through Lincolnshire Voluntary Engagement Team (LVET)) are seeking your views through a short survey which has been developed with a small group of people affected by Long Covid along with health professionals; through discussing shared experiences the group identified four proposed priority areas – Peer Support; Support For Families; Employers & Employment; and Activities. Taking less than ten minutes to complete the Long Covid Survey (forms.office.com/r/Qx1CgTKvDH ) will provide vital feedback to help inform Long Covid support provision moving forward. The deadline for completion is 28th December 2021, after which findings will be made available on the LVET website (currently being reviewed) in the new year.If you’d like further information or to discuss this survey please contact Bev Finnegan, NHS Charities Together Project Development Lead – Email: bev.finnegan@lvet.org Tel: 07897 580207 See MoreSee Less
