It is currently estimated that 1 in 7 of the UK workforce are undertaking unpaid caring roles (Carers UK Statistic), meaning it is more important than ever that organisations support their employees with caring roles.
We have been lucky enough to work with the Lincolnshire Open Research & Innovation Centre (LORIC), to create a free ‘calculator’ using open source data, which will help employers to see the financial implications for their organisation when it comes to supporting working carers.
