As part of the project, we are working with employers and organisations in a variety of ways, including offering awareness sessions for employees.
Menopause and Mental Health Awareness: This one-hour session—delivered either in person or online, raises awareness around the impact of menopause on mental health. It can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
We can also provide support for existing in-house menopause initiatives, offering guidance on setting up groups, developing them further and collaborating with the relevant teams involved.
Why not join our employer network?
The Peri Meri Menopause Employer Network aims to meet virtually every quarter throughout the year..
Our aim for this network is primarily to focus on all thing’s “menopause” for employers and employees. We share good practice, have guest speakers and discuss future support that organisations might need going forward and we also invite expert workplace leads. There is no strict agenda, and each network meet up is often designed by the previous.
Everyone is welcome – we look forward to seeing you there… 😁
As part of the network, we have developed a new Lincolnshire Standard for organisations that have, or wish to introduce, menopause champions, buddies, or friends (titles may vary). This standard outlines recommended training and defines key roles to help support colleagues effectively. The Menopause Champion/Buddy/Friend in the Workplace guidance is now available here.
Our next Peri Meri Menopause Employer Network meeting is taking place via MS Teams on:
- Wednesday 18th November 2026 from 10.30am to 12pm.
- You can register for the meeting here.
The notes from the last meeting held on Thursday 16th July can be found here.
