Who we are
County Carers is an online group for families who care for adults or adolescent children with learning disabilities and/or autism throughout Lincolnshire. Our aim is to support families to gain the knowledge and confidence to fulfil their potential, both in their caring roles and beyond.
County Carers is led by the County Carers Steering Group who meet monthly to discuss new ways to support carers and ensure that we continue to meet the needs of families in Lincolnshire. They bring a vast range of professional and caring experience.
County Carers – The backstory
County Carers has been running for many years and has provided a range of support to families across Lincolnshire. Following the passing of Wendy Adams BME, County Carers joined Every-One and was relaunched in June 2020.
